Just a Donation is an online fundraising tool used by community organizations, schools, sports teams and faith groups. We offer several pre-established fundraising templates which are customized as your fundraiser. The campaigns are virtual forms of traditional fundraisers that are easily recognized as an opportunity to support your cause. They are a fun and cost effective way to meet your fundraising goals without planning a costly event, or selling products which consume a significant portion of the funds that you collect.
Setting up your fundraiser is easy. Your fundraising campaign is hosted on the Just a Donation web site, and we’ve already done all of the work for you. Simply choose your campaign, and then customize it by completing an online form with the prompted information.
Donors will see:

• Your purpose or mission statement for the fundraiser
• Your choice of options and pricing
• YOUR FUNDRAISER – ( Just a Donation is transparent to the donor)
We take care of the details; from sending a thank you note to every donor, to perpetuating your fundraiser beyond your original donor list. The entire process (including record keeping!) is automated, and paperless!
Donations
Donating on line is safe and easy for your donors. Donations are submitted online and deposited into your participating merchant account or PayPal account. Donations are controlled exclusively by your organization; no other party has access to your account. You can also include the option to accept donations by check.
Campaign Sponsors
Your fundraising potential can be significantly enhanced by featuring businesses that support your cause. We provide space on every campaign to feature these businesses as sponsors. You are able to display the company’s logo, contact information and a link to the website of each sponsor.
Free Prizes
You also have the option to include a prize page with your fundraiser. Prizes create added excitement and interest in your fundraising campaign. They give the added incentive of registering for the chance to win free prizes. Organizations may offer a single prize, or include items and services donated by their sponsors. Registering to win is fun and free to anyone visiting your fundraising campaign. Just a Donation can even help you with the selection and notification of winners.
Reports
Keeping track of your donations is easy with Just a Donation. Our reports allow you to view your donations in a number of ways:
• Donations to date
• Donation per day
• Donations per group (grade in school, sports team, etc.)
• Donations by student or participant (The student’s friends and family do not need to enter the student’s name or information for the student to receive credit on his/her donation record)
Our Privacy Policy
Just a Donation values the privacy of your donors! Donor information is not shared between organizations and donors are assured that their donation will not generate emails outside of this fundraiser. (However we can keep a database for you of those donors who choose to be contacted about your future fundraisers with Just a Donation.)
Fees
A Just a Donation representative will work with your organization to ensure that your total marketing fees are as low as possible. You can expect a minimum return of 80%. Be assured that our goal is to maximize the donation revenue for your program, school or organization by keeping your costs low.
Our Story
Our company was started by a mom looking for a way to give parents the opportunity to raise funds for medical treatments not covered by insurance. Knowing that other organizations could benefit from keeping more of the funds that were collected in a fundraiser, our services were expanded to include options suitable for schools, churches and community organizations. All donations given through this site are made to organizations that are recognized as charitable by law.
