Generally, this will include Personal Information such as your name, telephone number, and e-mail address. We may also collect information about whether you want to be informed of future charitable donation opportunities for your supported organizations and other preferences. Just a Donation uses a secure third-party vendor (PayPal or other vendor) to process your donations and, therefore, does not itself collect process or store your credit card or other payment information. WILL Just a Donation SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHERS?

We neither rent nor sell your Personal Information to anyone. We will make reasonable efforts to share your Personal Information only with the organization you are making a donation to support. In order to be easily recognized, E-mail correspondence sent to you from a Just a Donation fundraiser will be sent using your name as the sender.

IS PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT ME SECURE?

We use industry-standard software to protect the security of your Personal Information during transmission.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Just a Donation may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used/collected. If we make changes in the way we use Personal Information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our website.

PRIZE POLICIES

Just a Donation fundraising campaigns may include a prize give a way. Prizes are offered as part of the fundraiser for fun and enjoyment only. Anyone may register to win these prizes; there is NO obligation to donate! The participating organization agrees to select a winner of these prizes at random; however they or Just a Donation may remove any individual from the prize registration list to eliminate multiple entries or for other reasons. The winning individual will be contacted using the information provided on the registration, and agrees to be identified as the winner by name on the web site. DONATION POLICIES

WHO GETS MY DONATION?

All donations go to the organization identified on this campaign. Donations paid by check are mailed directly to the organization, credit donations are processed by a secure third party vendor. The accounts with these vendors are controlled exclusively by the participating organization. Just a Donation will not receive or process any donations.

HOW WILL MY DONATION BE USED?

The donor agrees that the participating organization will determine how the donations will be used. The organization has provided information about their intended use of donations in the “Purpose of our Fundraiser” section of the fundraiser. The donor agrees that Just a Donation has no control over the use of the donation, or responsibility to the donor.

To use this site you must be a U.S. Citizen, 18 years of age or older, or if you are under 18, you must receive parental consent and act under parental supervision.

You agree that any donation you make is legal in your jurisdiction. You agree that you will not hold Just a Donation liable for any loss or damages. You understand and agree that you use this site at your own risk and that Just a Donation does not verify, endorse or control the information provided by the participating organization or third party vendor. Please contact your tax professional prior to donating if you have questions about the tax implications of your donation. You are encouraged to verify all information prior to donating and you agree to do so.
