Sponsor Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions are addressed to each sponsor (“Sponsor”) of a fundraising organization (“Fundraiser”) that has secured the assistance of Just a Donation, LLC in conducting a fundraising campaign (“Campaign”). When a Fundraiser seeks to raise funds for its cause in a Campaign, during the Campaign, sponsors may contribute to the Fundraiser by making donation payments directly to the Fundraiser. Donations made by the sponsor are recorded on the Fundraiser’s accounts with Just a Donation. The Fundraiser may recruit one or more Sponsors of the Campaign that agree to participate in and be identified with the Fundraiser and Campaign in the following manner:
• Sponsor will provide its logo, contact information, and website URL to Fundraiser (“Sponsorship Information”).
• Fundraiser will provide Sponsorship Information to Just a Donation, LLC within a reasonable time after receiving the information.
• Just a Donation, LLC will display some or all of the Sponsorship Information, including live links to Sponsor’s website on the Just a Donation, LLC web page associated with Fundraiser’s Campaign.
• The format and content of such Sponsorship Information that appears on the web page associated with Fundraiser’s Campaign is a matter of Just a Donation, LLC’s complete discretion.
A Campaign begins on the first day that donors may contribute to the Fundraiser for its cause through Just a Donation, LLC, and ends on the last day that donors may do so. Fundraiser and Just a Donation, LLC Sponsor may agree to extend the Campaign beyond the last day originally intended by Fundraiser.
Just a Donation, LLC will display Sponsorship Information as described above beginning within a reasonable time after receiving the Sponsorship Information from each Fundraiser, and will stop displaying such information at the same time that the Just a Donation, LLC web page associated with Fundraiser’s Campaign is no longer available to accept donations for that Campaign.
With respect to Sponsors, Just a Donation, LLC is not responsible to do anything or pay anything for any reason that is not described on this page.
